Processing Timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the following business day. Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, we do not ship on weekends or holidays to prevent delays in transit facilities.

Cold-Chain Integrity

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for several weeks; however, for maximum efficacy, we utilize insulated thermal mailers and ice packs during the summer months. Upon receipt, all reconstituted and lyophilized compounds must be stored in a freezer or refrigerator (-20°C to 4°C).
