ALL COMPOUNDS DISPENSED BY ZENITH PEPTIDE PHARMA ARE STRICTLY FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND ANALYTICAL EXTRAPOLATION. THEY ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, THERAPEUTIC USE, IN VIVO DIAGNOSTICS, OR AGRICULTURAL APPLICATION.

2. Assumption of Risk

Purchasers and institutions acknowledge the inherent operational hazards regarding synthetic peptides. Proper laboratory handling conditions, OSHA compliance, and institutional review boards must govern their application.

3. Misuse Consequences

If Zenith Peptide Pharma analytics suspect the misuse of our synthetic analogs for human consumption, immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting across our operational network will be enforced without prejudice or refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

No warranties beyond analytical batch purity (validated via HPLC/MS COAs) are tendered. Zenith Peptide Pharma is indemnified from any damages, legal, physiological or institutional, arising from the negligence or malice of the procuring entity.
